General Information:
- This model was painted "Dull Aluminum".
- Model & serial numbers were on a plate riveted to the starboard side of the leg just below the powerhead.
- Serial numbers below 93176 are 1941 models.
- Some of these models were produced with brass plates on the side of the leg stating "Bureau of Ships". These were sold to the military during WWII. These "Bureau of Ships" models had a different and unique magneto for which we have no parts.
- Note: The spark plug cover on this model was not quite as pictured. (They were actually as pictured on the KD-4 photo.)
